Hi - I’m Tina!

I’m a Lagree Fitness instructor, personal trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and Nutritious Life certified wellness enthusiast in Orange County, California. One of my favorite places to be is in the gym - Lifting weights is an activity that I have enjoyed since I was 19!

When I was a kid, my parents would sometimes let me stay up late to watch The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Occasionally he would have people on the show who were 100 years old. I thought it was super cool, and even cooler that they were on TV, and the idea of living to 100 has always stuck with me. While I have no desire to be on TV, I do want to make it to 100 years old as a happy, healthy, strong, loving and wise woman. 

Today, I still strive to live to 100. My 7 Principles to Living to 100 are the principles that I try to live by every day, and I hope they inspire my clients to live their lives to the fullest!
